• Placing an order

  • How do I place an order with funky little munky?
    Placing an order is easy, simply browse our website, select your items and add them to the shopping basket. Click on checkout and fill in the necessary details.
    All orders made by you, through our website, are subject to acceptance by us. We may choose not to accept your order for any reason and will not be liable to you or anyone else in such situations.
    When you place an order you will receive a transaction email, acknowledging details of your order. Please note this is just an aknowledgement of your order and not an acceptance, it only becomes accepted once the items are dispatched.
    We hope that all products shown are available to order, however on those rare occasions when items are out of stock, will will contact you as soon as possible by email, offering you the option to cancel your order or wait until the goods become available.
    We reserve the right to adjust our prices or withdraw our goods from the website at any time.

• Payment Options

  • What payment options do you accept?
    All prices shown are in UK pounds sterling. They exclude postage and packaging.
    We are not responsible for any other importation taxes, sales taxes or charges levied at the delivery destination.
    Payment can be made securely and easily online. We currently accept paypal and Google Checkout
    We will not be responsible for any bank or card charges as a result of the processing of payments in accordance with your order.
    
    Alternatively you can pay by cheque. Please order as normal and click the pay by cheque option at checkout.

• Fabrics

  • What material are funky little munky babygros made from?
    Many months of careful research has gone into sourcing the best quality fabrics for our garments. They are all manufactured in a family run business, from interlocking, brushed 200g poly/cotton material.
    Being an interlocked weave it gives the fabric a softer, smoother surface making it thicker, and heavier than many babygros on the market.
    
    Each babygro has attached, recommended care instructions. To maintain the babygros quality we advise dark colours are washed separately, at a low temperature.

  • What sizes do funky little munky babygros come in?
    funky little munky babygros are available in 3 sizes :
    
    * 0-3 months (measures 46cm in length from highest neck point to foot)
    * 3-6 months (measures 52cm in length from highest neck point to foot)
    * 6-9 months (measures 58cm in length from highest neck point to foot)

• Returns and Exchanges

  • How do I return an item?
    We hope that you will love your funky little munky babygro, but if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, we will be happy to give a refund.
    All we ask is that you return your item complete with proof of purchase, within 7 days. We require it to be in its original condition, with all tags and packaging still intact.
    Please state the reason for its return. A full refund of your garment will be issued.
    We recommend that you obtain proof of postage when returning items as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

• Out of stock items

  • What happens if an item is out of stock?
    Items which are out of stock are shown on the website as such. If however when you place your order, the items are not in stock funky little munky will contact you as soon as possible, either by telephone or email.
    You will then be given the option of a full refund or to wait until the goods are in stock.
